Lukasz Liebersbach – Innovation Advisor at Oxford Innovation Services

Lukasz helps teams follow the design thinking process to better understand customers and unleash creative potential leading to “new ways of doing things.” With over 10 years’ experience in innovation support and a true passion for design thinking he connects the worlds of creativity and business viability. His work is strongly influenced by the experience gained at the Institute of Design at Stanford University, California (commonly known as The d.school).

Lukasz says: “People don’t buy technology – they buy what technology helps them achieve. Successful products and services are founded on a deep understanding of customer behaviour and motivations. Design thinking is a human-centred innovation process used by leading organisations around the world to build better products by identifying and solving customer pains. I’ll show you how design thinking can help your team empathise with users, prototype creative solutions and quickly test them before committing and investing.”
